We offer to put your private labels on our products. There are many reasons a company or store uses private labels:

• Availability of products their customers use frequently and have learned to trust,
• enhancing name recognition for their business,
• acquiring products with quality ingredients and superior taste,
• ability to design a label that will appeal to their customers,
• and having products too good to sell under any label except their own.

Many of our recipes have been handed down in Charley's family. We have traced them back to the mid 1800's. The Jalapeno Heaven was formulated by Charley based on customers description of the kind of pepper sauce they wanted. Our Piquante Salsa and Gumbo sauces are available in mild and hot, the marinade is mild and the Jalapeno Heaven is medium hot. These are both recipes taught to Charley by his grandmother when he was still a child. The barbecue sauce, the original “Cajun Sauce” a taste recognized internationally as a great barbecue flavor comes in mild, hot and extra hot. The Fiery Foods Industry gives our Cajun barbecue a score of mild 1, hot 3, and Cajun hot 5 on their heat scale of 1-10. Cajun is not a fiery food, just spicy.

Your labels can reflect the 21st century, our labels hopefully reflect the 19th century, depicting the old family recipes. Cajun and Creole flavors and sauces have been a closely held secret until the 1980's (Paul Prudhomme brought these flavors to public attention).
